The turnaround time for custom designs is 24-72 hours. Keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday, and holiday purchases will default to the following business day to begin the start of the turnaround time frame. If you are in need of a faster turnaround, I do offer a rush option.

If you fail to leave your e-mail address, an additional delay could take place due to the time it could take to receive a reply from you with the proper e-mail address. I try to catch this issue, but sometimes I do not realize it was not included with the order until the design is ready to be sent.
Upon closing out your order, you should get two emails. One is just a generic email sent from my website due to me closing the order. The other is the email with the attachment. Sometimes the attachment email goes to spam.
